Critter Tailz Fun Fact: The alpaca is a domesticated South-American species of camelid resembling a small llama. Bred for their soft, luxurious fiber used to make sweaters, blankets and more, the hardyhuacaya breed are fluffy like teddy bears, while the suri breed have long shiny, curly locks. Similar to sheep's wool, alpaca fleece is warmer, silkier, flame resistant and has no lanolin making it hypoallergenic.
