Product Information

Little Critterz® Inc porcelain miniatures are NOT toys. Warning: Choking Hazard - Not Recommended for Children Under 3 Years. They are Decorative Items Only.  They are lead free. Porcelain is breakable and chippable.  They are not for consumption or designed for use in a microwave or dishwasher.

Ordering Information

Our retail store for consumer use accepts online orders only. Orders cannot be placed by telephone, postal mail, email or Fax. If you have issues using this website, your web browser might be outdated. We recommend using a recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.


Payment Methods

Little Critterz® Inc accepts these payment methods:

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. Little Critterz® Inc cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

 

Shipping and Delivery

RETAIL Orders placed by 2:00 pm PACIFIC time USUALLY ship out same day. WE SHIP FROM CALIFORNIA, USA.

USA Holiday Shipping:

12/19 and 12/20 to USA choose expedited: It will arrive by or on 12/24.

12/21 to USA choose 2 day: It will arrive on or by 12/24.

12/22 and 12/23 choose one day shipping: It will arrive on or by 12/24.

 

Sales Tax Information

Tax will be applied to your order if it is delivered to the state of California. Other state areas may require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Little Critterz® Inc, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification

 

Shipping and Handling Charges

When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges. Little Critterz® Inc uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges. Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of the exact shipping charges for your order.

 

International Shipping

When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it.

 

APO and FPO Addresses

When you request that your order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.

 

Updating Account Information

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. To achieve this, we only communicate with you as needed to process your orders. If you need to update or correct your email address, mailing address, or other contact information with us, please log into your account at www.littlecritterz.com/account using the name and password you entered at checkout. Then use the Account Settings options to specify your information. To change your preferences for newsletters and other marketing information (if any) you receive from our manufacturers, log into your account at www.littlecritterz.com/account using the name and password you entered at checkout. Select Account Settings > Newsletters, then identify and save your communication preferences.

 

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are not refundable.

 

Order Questions or Changes

If you have recently placed an order and need information about your order or would like to change your order please log into your account at www.littlecritterz.com/account using the name and password you entered at checkout. Then use the Account Settings options to email or contact Little Critterz® Inc Customer Service.

 

Online Gift Cards

This website may offer online Gift Cards for sale. Any Gift Cards purchased on this website can only be used to buy products on this website. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Gift cards cannot be reloaded. To find out your Gift Card balance, visit www.littlecritterz.com/account.

If a Gift Card purchased on our website is lost or stolen, we will replace it with a Gift Card in the amount of the remaining balance, only if the purchaser's Gift Card confirmation email and Gift Card # are provided to us as proof of purchase. To report your card as lost or stolen, contact Customer Support at 855-274-8379. For additional Terms and Conditions, see the Gift Card purchase page or the Gift Card Confirmation email.

 

Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price. You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as noted below:

  • To initiate a return, contact us at customercare@littlecritterz.com. Include your Order ID, and reason for return.
  • You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
  • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
  • Original delivery fees are not refunded.
  • Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase within 10 business days of the date that the return is received by Little Critterz® Inc.  We will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
  • If a restocking fee will apply to returned items, the amount of the fee is displayed on the final checkout screen when you complete the order and is noted on the packing list included with the order.
  • Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return it or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under this Return Policy.
  • If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, call Little Critterz® Inc to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

 

Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Little Critterz® Inc immediately using the contact information included with the order. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

 

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Little Critterz® Inc, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of any of Little Critterz® Inc services.

 

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Little Critterz® Inc reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Little Critterz® Inc will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Little Critterz® Inc Return Policy.
