Damaged or Defective Merchandise: All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt. |

Returns: No returns are accepted without prior written authorization. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. |

Past Due Accounts: Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month plus any collection costs incurred. |
